Heather Siegel is a creative nonfiction writer. Her work has appeared in HuffPost Personal, Salon.com, and various anthologies. She holds an MFA from The New School University and has authored two memoirs along with a YA novel. Originally from California and New York, she now lives in Southern Florida, where she coaches student writers. In between, she meanders through the Everglades with her Golden Retriever, channeling stories.
